This policy explains what the Nan Thai Buckhead website at nanthai.com collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Reservations and private dining inquiries on OpenTable, online orders on ChowNow, and gift card purchases are handled by those companies under their own privacy policies.
Our website has two forms of its own. Each one sends what you enter to our team as an email, through an email delivery service. The website itself does not save your submission.
We use this information to reply to you, to plan your visit or event, and to consider your application.
The private dining inquiry form on our Charlie's Room and Holiday Parties pages is provided by OpenTable. It asks for your first and last name, email address, phone number, preferred date and time, whether you are flexible on dates, number of guests, occasion, the spaces you have in mind if you choose any, and anything else you want us to know. What you enter there goes to OpenTable, which passes your request to our team, and is handled under OpenTable's privacy policy.
The Subscribe button at the bottom of each page opens a newsletter signup form provided by OpenTable. What you enter there goes to OpenTable and is handled under OpenTable's privacy policy.
Every page of this website loads the Google tag, which sends information about your visit to two Google services:
We also count a few actions on the site: clicks or taps on our phone number (we see the tap, not the call), clicks through to online ordering, gift cards, and OpenTable, and each contact message sent. On our Charlie's Room and Holiday Parties pages, Google Analytics also counts when you first click into the OpenTable private dining form: it records that you started the form, never what you type into it, and our site cannot see whether you send it. When you book a table through the OpenTable widget on our site, the widget can tell our page that a booking was made, with its confirmation number and party size. We use these to count the booking in Google Ads and Google Analytics. The confirmation number goes to Google Ads only, so that the same booking is not counted twice.
We do not send your name, email address, or phone number to Google Analytics or Google Ads.
Cookies are small files your browser stores for a website. The Google tag uses them to recognize your browser between visits and to connect a visit to the ad that brought you here. They include Google Analytics cookies (named _ga and _ga_NQYDMZBZ75) and Google Ads cookies (named _gcl_au, and _gcl_aw when you arrive from an ad).
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or device identifiers to show our ads on other sites, based on your past visits to this website.
When you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, the page address can include codes that identify the ad click or the campaign. Our forms ask a simple math question to keep out automated spam. The answer is checked without storing anything about you. To limit repeated submissions, our server keeps the IP address each form request comes from for a short time, in memory only, and does not save it. Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical details of each request, such as the IP address, browser type, and page requested, to deliver and protect the site.
Some parts of this site come from other companies, and some links take you to their sites. Each has its own privacy policy.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
